The scene has been cleared the patient has been loaded and taken to Bates County Memorial Hospital by ambulance. The Bates County Sheriff did run a VIN number on a .22 caliber rifle unkown if that is the weapon that was shot into the subjects foot. The Bates County Sheriff is out at the ER now with the subject now. Bates County Live will update when and if we find out more information.
