On 3-23-14 around 10:30pm The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 46 year old Jessie L. Farmer of Winchester, Arkansas. Mr. Farmer was arrested on 3 Misdemeanor Bates County Sheriff's Office warrants. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and status is listed as bond able right now.
