As stress can create serious health conditions, Bates County Memorial Hospital sponsored a

Pamper Yourself event for area women on March 21, 2014. The evening was filled with

educational health information, stress reduction techniques, and special pampering. With

the help of several area businesses, over 125 women enjoyed a delightful evening to de-stress.

Thank you to these volunteers who donated their time and talents to make other

women feel special.
