On 9/25/14 around 8:30p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested Willie Williams 55 years- old from Leavenworth, Kansas. He was arrested on 1.)Driving while intoxicated 2.) Failed to drive in right lane of highway. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
