On 12/26/15 around 12:36 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 34 year old Raynardo Hadley of Riverside, Missouri.Mr. Hadley was arrested for 1.) Driving while intoxicated - Prior Offender 2.) No Seatbelt 3.) No insurance 4.) Speeding 26 mph over the speed limit.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
