Jeffrey “Jeff” Winburn, 43, Platte City, Missouri, formerly of Butler, Missouri, died Monday, October 13, 2014 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 17, 2014 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Adrian, Missouri with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Butler, Missouri.
