St. Clair authorities make arrest on controlled substance possession

On Oct. 14, Edwin Lyons, 37, Osceola, was arrested on a St. Clair County felony warrant for a probation violation on original charge of possessing a controlled substance. Bond is set at $2,500 cash only. The warrant was issued on July 1.
