Lady Bears edge Archie

The JV Lady Bears finished up their season Thursday night with a 47-43 win over Archie. Butler had a 2-point lead at halftime, but Archie came roaring back at the start of the 3rd quarter to take a 5-point lead. However, the Lady Bears fought back and narrowed Archie's lead to 1 at the end of the 3rd and regained the lead in the 4th. The win was a complete team victory with all the girls scoring. Leading scorers for the Lady Bears were Katie Henry and Sabrina Hill each with 13. Hali Heckadon added 6; Jenna Bosch had 5; Tori McGee and Abbie Hobbs each contributed 4, and Tina Zangi had 2. The girls finished their season with a 5-1 record.
