Bates County Live has been in contact with food pantry director Joyce Fitzpatrick and it's clear that items are still needed to get the new thrift shop in Butler up and going. Items desired include a cash register, small office desk, clothing racks, clip hangers, child size hangers and similar.
About 5 gallons of paint and painting supplies are needed as well.
As always, cash donations are very welcomed along with anyone who would like to volunteer some time towards the project. If you need more info or would like to donate, call 660-679-3951.
