The Bates County Elks are inviting elementary students and their parents,with free admission, to their Annual Hot Dog Roast, Hayride and Dare Program on Wednesday October 30th at 6:00 pm. at the Bates County Elk’s Lodge located off W. Mill Street on Elk’s Drive. Parents are asked to ride with their small children on the hayride.
