TAMMY BLEDSOE is recognized as the Bates County Memorial Hospital Employee of the Month for November, 2013. Tammy began her employment in 2009. Tammy goes above and beyond for others. She treats patients with the utmost respect and cares for the patients as they were her own family. Her attitude is always very positive and kind. You should hear her talk with the patients – with such care and compassion. One coworker said it makes her believe there are still wonderful, caring people in this world. The Hospital is pleased to recognize Tammy Bledsoe as Employee of the Month
