 St v Kattie L Post, I: Felony theft/stealing—found guilty, SIS, 5 YRS Probation, II: Misd. possession Of controlled substance—marijuana, found guilty, fined $250, III: Failure to display plates on motor vehicle/trailer—dismissed, Defe. to attend and successfully complete any counseling/training as directed, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. to pay fined within 120 days.

St v. Khanin Daniel Watts, I: Felony possession of controlled substance, oxycodone, guilty plea, II: Felony possession of controlled substance—psilacybin—guilty plea—given SIS, to perform 200 hours of community service, , 5 yrs probation, to pay court costs, to pay $150 on State Forensic Laboratory account, Defe. to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, shall not possess/consume any alcoholic beverages or be where sold/served.

Matt A Harvey, I: Felony DWI—found guilty, fined $200; II: Defective equipment—found guilty, fined $200; III: Defective equipment—found guilty, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, sentences to run concurrently, pay court costs, same conditions as other Bates County case. Defe. to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed.

St v. Blake L Leister, probation revoked after admission, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC on Ct I and Ct II, to be served concurrently.

St v. Blake L Leister, probation revoked after admission, sentenced to 7 years on two counts of sale of a controlled substance, sentences to run concurrently with other cases, 120 day call back option. Court recommends ITC treatment program.
