Criminal summons issued for Appleton City Female

On Feb. 26, a criminal summons was issued for Daylon Turner, 27, Appleton City, charging her with a class A misdemeanor of theft/stealing-value of property or services is less than $500). The charge stems from an incident on Feb. 14 at Appleton City Manor (ACM). Lisa Jacobs, an employee at ACM reported Tramadol was stolen from her purse that was located in her office at the ACM . She noted Tramadol was also stolen from her purse on Feb. 5. A court date of March 21 was given.
