Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest Report

Around 3:45pm yesterday 2-28-14 the Missouri State Highway Patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the Butler Senior Center parking lot. The driver of the vehicle 28 year old Johnna K. McFalls of Butler Missouri was arrested on (1) Felony Possession of a controlled substance (2) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (3) Misdemeanor Bates County Warrants (4) Misdemeanor Cass County Warrant. She was booked into The Bates County Jail and charges are pending from the prosecutor. The Butler Police Department also assisted in this traffic stop.
