St. Clair County Arrest Warrant Issued

On March 5, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Ronald William Noble, 44, Independence, for failing to appear in court on a class A misdemeanor charge of non-support. The original charge stems from December 2011. Bond is set at $750 cash only.
