Vernon County man arrested on Child Porn

The Vernon County sheriff Jason Mosher says his officers and the Southwest Missouri Cybercrimes Task Force concluded an investigation with the service of a federal search warrant and a the arrest of a rural Nevada man Friday. 



The sheriff says 42-year-old Curt Bowman's in custody at the Vernon County jail on felony state charges alleging the sexual exploitation of a minor and the possession of child pornography. Bond for Bowman was set at $100,000.00 cash only and sheriff Mosher says he expects federal charges to be filed.
