The Debra Bledsoe Trail of Memories Scholarship

The Debra Bledsoe Trail of Memories Scholarship was created to present a $500 Healthcare Scholarship to residents of Bates County that are pursuing a career in the healthcare field. In addition, to apply you must also be currently attending or accepted in a chosen healthcare program and maintain a grade point average of 3.0.  Deadline to apply is May 26^th.

Applicants must complete an essay stating why they have chosen a healthcare career; provide two personal letters of reference and provide a copy of their acceptance letter from a healthcare program.

Past recipients of the scholarship include Karen Minich; Lynette Clover; Rebecca Julien; Amanda Hanson and Taylor Welston.

The Trail of Memories was established to allow people to share their pain and grief with others who have lost a loved one and has become a trail of care and support.
