- On 6/28/14 around 10:30pm The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 39 year old Kimberly A. Vance of Nevada, Missouri. She was arrested on 1.) Driving while intoxicated 2.) Failure to dim headlights. She was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.
