- Around 9:50pm this evening The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 41 year old Monty C. Fish of Rich Hill, Missouri. He was arrested for 1.) Driving while revoked 2.) Driving while Intoxicated. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released.
