On 6/24/14 around 8:30 pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 52 year old Thomas C. Klumb of Butler, Missouri. He was arrested on 1.) Driving while intoxicated 2.) No valid license 3.) Speeding. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and released.
