Lillian G. Gibbons Kail
Lillian G. Gibbons Kail, 76 of Drexel, Missouri passed away September 24, 2016 at her home in Drexel. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, September 30, 2016 at Cypress United Methodist Church in Bells, Tennessee. 

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Friendship Funeral Home in Friendship, TN. A visitation will also be held Friday at the church from 12:00 to 2:00 pm prior to services. Messages of condolence may be left for the family at www.mullinaxfuneralhome.com. Lillian was born April 7, 1940 in Alamo, TN to James and Edith Kirchoff Gibbons. She grew up in the Alamo area and graduated from Alamo High School. Lillian was united in marriage to Harry Kail on July 12, 1958. She worked for Brown Shoe Company and retired from Wilson Sporting Goods. She and her husband then purchased the Madina Market in Madina, TN. They owned and operated the market until Harry’s health began to decline. Lillian enjoyed crocheting, needle work, traveling and especially spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Harry Kail in 2015 and by a son Harry Kail, Jr. “Bubba” in 2009, sister Clara Buford, and brother James Gibbons.

Lillian is survived by her son Anthony W. Kail, Sr. (Susan) of Bells, TN, daughter Jennifer Smith (Bobby) of Drexel, MO. , grandchildren, Tiffany Lee “T.K.”, Stephen Kail, Timothy Kail, Amber Kail, Anthony W. Kail, Jr., Marquita Kail, Seana Autry, Bobby Smith, Jr., Dillon Smith, Freddie Casey, Francine Gillard, Joshua King, Jawstin Smith, 18 great-grandchildren, sister Louise Forsythe, brothers Walt Gibbons, and Wayne Gibbons, along with a host of nieces nephews and extended family.
