Warrants have been issued for Stormy Miller charging him with possession of a controlled substance, possession of an explosive weapon, and unlawful use of a weapon. The Missouri State Highway Patrol Bomb Squad was called out Tuesday night after the explosive device was located.
The Bomb Squad took the ex-ray photo of the device while performing a procedure that made the bomb “safe.” Details of how the bomb was made have not been released.
The ATF was also notified about the device and has been working with Vernon County Investigators on the case.
