A lot of people have outdoor plans tomorrow. Are you one of them? If so, here is some information on the rain that we expect to move in tomorrow, including when you can expect the heaviest rain to fall. There could be some brief heavy downpours and occasional lightning strikes, but we do NOT expect any strong thunderstorms or flooding rains.
