St v Robert Eugene Corral, I: Felony burglary, II: Felony stealing, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay all court costs, to pay $700 restitution, to successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to get GED, to be subject to random drug testing, to not consume alcoholic beverages, to be subject to random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200 hours of community service, to serve 10 days in Bates County Jail.

St v. Christopher R Bailey, Felony burglary, found guilty, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on probation for 5 years, to pay court costs, to pay $250 restitution, to get counseling/treatment as directed, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200 hours of community service.

Billy J McBrien, I: Felony burglary, II: Felony stealing; found guilty; Ct I: sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, Ct II: sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, sentences to run concurrently, given SES, placed on probation for 5 years, to pay all court costs, to pay $900 restitution, to successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, to not possess or consume alcoholic beverages or be upon premises where sold/served, to perform 200 hours of community service, to spend 10 days in Bates Co Jail.

St v. Krystal D White/Fuqua/Clark, I: Felony passing bad checks, II: Felony passing bad checks, set for 2-21-12.

St v. Dennis J Anderson, I: Felony stealing by deceit; II: Felony stealing by deceit; III: Felony stealing by deceit; found guilty, given SIS, placed on 3 years probation, to pay all court costs, to pay $1121.29 restitution, to attend and successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, to be subject to random drug testing, to be subject to random home/vehicle searches, to not possess or consume any alcohol/ or enter into any establishment where alcohol sold/served, Defe. Shall write no check or maintain any checking account.

St v. Daniel D Garrett, Felony arson, found guilty, sentenced to 7 years in MDOC, sentence to run concurrently with any other sentence currently serving.

St v. Blake L Leister, probation revoked, previous sentence imposed, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC on each of the two counts, sentences to run concurrently with each other. Defe. To be placed in Court Ordered long Term Substance Abuse Program.

Linda D Roberts, Felony possession of controlled substance, found guilty, to pay all court costs including $150 on State Forensic Lab Account, to successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, to be subject to random drug testing, Defe. Shall not possess/consume alcoholic beverages or be in premises where alcohol sold/served, Defe. Shall be subject to random home/vehicle searches.

St v. Randi Longgood, probation revoked, previous sentence imposed of 4 years in MDOC, sentence to run concurrently with present sentence.

St v. Kera R Miller, probation revoked, previous sentence of 10 years on all three counts invoked.

St v. Vicky Woolery, Felony possession of controlled substance, guilty plea, given SIS, placed on 3 years probation, pay all court costs including $150 on State Foreinsic Lab Account, Defe. To get counseling/treatment as directed, Defe. To get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, Defe. To be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. Shall not possess/consume any alcoholic beverages or be upon premises where sold/served, to perform 40 hours of community service.
