Funeral services for Darlene Roberts will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel (660-679-6555) in Butler, Missouri with Brother Bill Perkey officiating. Visitation will be prior to services from 1-2 p.m. at Schowengerdt Chapel. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Butler. Contributions, Humane Society.
Evelyn Darlene Roberts, age 79 of Butler, Missouri died Thursday, January 12, 2012 in Butler. She was born January 20, 1932 to Strawther John and Jesse Mae Morton Reynolds in DeLavan, Illinois.
Darlene is survived by four sons, Tommy Roberts and wife Linda and Terry Roberts, all of Butler, Missouri, Mike Roberts and wife Stacy of Windsor, Missouri and Jimmy Roberts of Harrisonville, Missouri; one daughter, Vickie Herman and husband Lyle of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; one brother, Johnny Reynolds and wife Betty of Harrisonville, Missouri; and 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Karen Chamberlain; one son, Steve Roberts; one grandson, Lyle Henry Herman Jr.; and one granddaughter, Misty Dawn Nickel.
