Visitation memorial services for Joseph Benno "J. B." Kunkel of Butler, Missouri, will be January 25-26, 2013 at the Missouri Dairymen Association Convention in Springfield, Missouri. Joseph Benno Kunkel, age 76 of Butler, Missouri, died Friday, January 18, 2013 at Medicalodge Nursing Home in Butler. He was born March 16, 1936 to Albert Adrian and Julianna Belbina Oldelehr Kunkel in Verona, Missouri.
J.B is survived by his wife Nancy Kunkel of Butler, Missouri; two daughters, Kelli Quade and husband Jeff of Carthage, Missouri and Ann Heidemann and husband Craig of Springfield, Missouri; a brother, Edward Kunkel of Springfield, Missouri; a sister, Delores Woods of Bixby, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Abbu, Eva and Cole. He is further survived by Nancy's son, Scott Hjetland and wife Anne and their children Cooper and Rozalin of Lyons, Kansas and a daughter, Heather Hjetland-Hughes and husband George of Lawrence, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Reverend Raymond Kunkel.
