What started out on a very small scale has now grown to an event that draws thousands of people every year. The Dunlap & Delozier (D&D for short) fireworks display for this year is set for Saturday night June 29th and as usual, free to the public.
Come early and enjoy great food provided by the Memories of Mom Relay for Life team members.
The celebration is located near 'Dunlap corner' 11 miles west of Butler on 52 highway- watch for signs. Due to the Mulberry bridge construction, please use the following detour when coming to the stand from 69 Hwy: 1 mile east of Amoret at the cemetery, turn left (north) on gravel road, go 1 mile, then turn right (east), go 2 miles, then turn right (south); 1 mile brings you back to 52 Hwy. Thanks.
Remember the event is free to the public, so show your appreciation by bringing trash bags and pick up after yourself.
