On 3/6/14 around 6:05pm The Missouri State Highway arrested 51 year old Steven G. Burkhart of Kansas City, Missouri in Bates County. Mr. Burkhart was arrested for 1) Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance 2) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and later released on bond with charges pending.
