St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office: Felony Arrest Warrant Issued for Clinton Woman

On March 5, a St. Clair County felony arrest warrant was issued for Courtney Nicole Hopkins, 29, Clinton, for failing to appear in court on a class C felony charge of forgery. The charge stems from an incident on Oct. 2, 2013.
