St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office: Arrest warrant was issued for Carl W. Gueltzau

On March 5, a St. Clair County arrest warrant was issued for Carl W. Gueltzau, 33, Kansas City, for failing to appear in court on a class A misdemeanor charge of third degree domestic assault – first/second offense. The charge stems from an incident on Sept. 6, 2013. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.
