On March 5 an arrest warrant was issued for Travis Lee Carr, 21, Collins, for failing to appear in court on two conservation related charges. Carr is charged with a class A misdemeanor of pursuing/taking/killing/possessing or disposing of wildlife illegally and a class C misdemeanor of attempting to pursue/taking/kill/possess or dispose of wildlife illegally. Total bond is set at $1,000 cash only. The charges stems from an incident in November 2013.
