Updated Full Obituary - Daniel Lee Patchin

Daniel Lee Patchin, 37, of Nevada, Mo., passed from this life and went to be with his Lord and Savior on Oct. 29, 2015. He was born to Charles Terry Patchin and Denise (Rives) Alleman on Jan. 29, 1978, in Las Vegas, Nev. He attended and graduated from Cimmeron Memorial High School in Las Vegas, Nev. He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Ginger Laurie (Vance) Patchin, of the home. To this union were born five beautiful children. A son, Dane Riddick Patchin, and four daughters, Laci Isabella, Kadynce Laurel, Scarlett Denise, and Nadine Rose, all of the home.

Daniel was manager at Davison Shoes/Verco Sporting Goods, in Nevada, and he loved his job. He was very dedicated, having a great rapport with his customers and was well-liked. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family first and foremost. In his spare time he enjoyed basketball, fishing, and was an avid movie buff. He enjoyed barbeques and everyone looked forward to his culinary skills. Daniel was quick-witted with an exceptional sense of humor. He got along well with everyone, quick to forgive, never holding a grudge. He publicly confessed his faith in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Oct. 4, 2015, and was greatly loved and will be missed by so many.

Aside from his wife and children, Daniel is survived by his father, Charles Terry Patchin and wife, Peggy; his stepfather, David Alleman; sister, Tabitha Patchin; two brothers, Drew and Devin Alleman, and half-sister, Lisa Nelson; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Arthur and Laurel Vance; as well as many extended family members. He was preceded in death by his mother, Denise Alleman.

Services were held at the Church of Israel in Schell City, Mo., where he attended, on Nov. 2. Service officiants and musical selections were under the expertise of the Church of Israel Pastoral Staff and Musicians. Pallbearers were Dane Patchin, Terry Patchin, David Alleman, Arthur Vance, Tyler Vance, Keith Panno, Gray Clark, and Marvin Davison. Interment was at Green Lawn Cemetery in Schell City, Mo.

Memorials in Mr. Patchin's memory are suggested to an Educational Fund for the Patchin children in care of the Lewis-Hoagland Funeral Home, in Schell City, Mo., whom were entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
