| On Sept. 2, Ingrid Trowbridge, 52, Weaubleau, was arrested in St. Clair County on a Henry County warrant for failing to appear in court on an original misdemeanor charge of passing a bad check. Bond is set at $150 cash or $300 surety. The warrant was issued in May and the original charge stems from an incident in November 2015. |
