St v. Shane P Noose, I: Felony possession of controlled substance, marijuana/methamphetamines; II: Felony possession of controlled substance, marijuana/acelaminphen/hydrocodone, set for 9-16-13.

St v. William Lawrence Allmon, Felony DWI(chronic offender), found guilty, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, sentence stayed until 9-23-13 at which time Defe. to surrender to Bates Co Sheriff.

St v. James C McDonald, probation revoked, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs.

St v. Timothy L Koehn, Jr., Felony burglary, found guilty, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, to repay restitution of $1,027.08  within 2 years, pay court costs, Defe. shall attend and successfully complete such counseling/treatment as directed, shall be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200 hours of community service.

St v. Brett M Hess, Felony domestic assault, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 4 years probation, Defe. to have no contact with Rachelle Gardenhire. Defe. to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, Defe. shall not consume/possess any alcoholic beverages or be where sold/served, to perform 200 hours of community service.
