Funeral services for Raynard Endecott will be 11:00 AM Thursday, September 5, 2013 at the Mullinax Funeral Home in Drexel, Missouri (816) 657-4400 with Dr. James R. Crowe officiating. Visitation prior to services from 10 – 11 AM at the funeral home. Burial in Sharon Cemetery, Drexel. Raynard “Ray” Marvin Endecott, 89 of Drexel, Missouri passed away September 1, 2013 at his home.
He was born May 1, 1924 in Miami County, Kansas, son of Howard and Caroline Mae (McDonald) Endecott.
Raynard was a World War II Veteran, having served in the Signal Corps. He was a lifelong resident of Miami County, Kansas. His family and friends will always remember him as a good man. Raynard was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Albert and Orin Chester; and sister, Beulah (Endecott) Vickers.
He is survived by his wife, Helen (Nichols) Endecott of the home; four sons: Randall M. Endecott and wife Kathy of Kansas City, Missouri; Stephen R. Endecott and wife Kay of Whitehouse, Texas; Walter L. Endecott and wife Patti of Pleasanton, Kansas; and Philip D. Endecott and wife Linda of Fairway, Kansas; seven grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
