Henry County Sheriffs Office: Two Drug Search Warrants Executed in Windsor on Monday Afternoon

Shortly after 4:00 p.m. on Monday afternoon, deputies from the Henry County Sheriff’s Office converged on two residences in the 300 block of East Jackson, Windsor, to execute separate search warrants regarding on-going investigations into recent drug activity. The search warrants, which had been reviewed and filed by Prosecuting Attorney Richard Shields and his office, then issued by Associate Circuit Judge Wayne Strothmann, authorized deputies to search the addresses for methamphetamine, marijuana and items of paraphernalia. During the execution of the search warrants, items of contraband listed on the search warrants were discovered within the residences “This investigation which began in February, has lead to several arrests regarding the possession of controlled substances. More arrests are planned in the near future in connection with this and other drug investigations”, Sheriff Kent Oberkrom stated. Arrested on 24-hour investigative holds for the felony charge of possession of a controlled substance were Teresa Foster, age 47, and Tiffany Hall, age 25, both of Windsor. “Illegal drug investigations are always very labor intensive, in order to put together sufficient evidence to satisfactorily establish what appears to be criminal activity. This has been a true teamwork effort by many of our deputies, which has led to a successful outcome thus far”, Sheriff Oberkrom concluded. Deputies which participated in the execution of the search warrants, along with Sheriff Oberkrom, were Major Rob Hills, Cpl. Aaron Brown, Deputies Chase Jackson, Aaron Richardson, Zach Sebree, Derek Foreman, Charles Wilcox and Silverio Rosas.
