Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest Report for Bates County 4/21 - 4/22

• On 4/21/14 around 9:40pm The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 39 year old Timmy J. Fox of Nevada, Missouri. Mr. Fox was arrested for 1.) Driving while intoxicated. He was booked into the Bates County Jail and was placed on a 12 hour detox hold.

• On 4/21/14 around 11: 15pm The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 23 year old Shannon L. Guzman-Ayers of Topeka, Missouri. She was arrested on 1.) Felony possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) 2.) Felony possession of a controlled substance (Dextroamphetamine and Amphetamine pills) 3.) Misdemeanor possession of Marijuana 35 grams or less 4.) Unlawful use of Drug Paraphernalia 5.) Speeding. She was booked in and later released.
