Nevada Police Asking For Public Help on Hit and Run

The Nevada Police Department is asking for help from the public as officers investigate a reported hit-and-run Monday near the intersection of Allison and Spring Streets. Sgt. Steve Bastow says it happened after noon Monday when two juveniles were walking in the street and were passed by a white GMC truck with a red bug shield that stopped and backed up, hiting a 14-year-old, causing minor injuries before the driver left the scene. Sgt.
