St. Clair County sheriffs Office: Criminal summons issued for third degree assault

On April 21, a criminal summons was issued for Allen Wolf, 42, Collins, charging him with a class A misdemeanor of third degree assault. The charge stems from an incident on April 15 when a deputy responded to a residence on SE 702 Private Road, Collins in reference to an assault that occurred. A male victim stated Wolf hit him and the attack was unprovoked and unnecessary. Wolf was arrested and later released pending a formal charge. Further court proceedings are scheduled for May 2.
