We're still looking at a chance of strong thunderstorms moving into eastern Kansas and western Missouri before sunrise Thursday, then tracking east through the remainder of morning and afternoon. Severe storms should develop over central Kansas and Nebraska and track east overnight, weakening in the process. While we don't expect any severe storms Thursday, there may be some strong, gusty winds and small hail.
We're also keeping an eye out for additional thunderstorms Saturday through Monday with the greatest chances coming on Sunday. Severe thunderstorms are possible through this period of time with the greater chances coming Sunday and Monday.
