To pay court costs, to successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, shall be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, shall not possess or consume any alcohol, shall not be upon premises where alcohol sold/served, Defe. Shall perform 200 hours of community service. 

Virginia A Fletcher v Robert S Fletcher, Petition for Order of Protection is dismissed by Court. 

St v. Richard Sargent, 4 counts of assault, guilty plea, sentenced to 7 years on each count, given SES, placed on probation for 5 years, Defe. To pay court costs, to successfully complete counseling/treatment as directed, shall be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. Shall perform 200 hours of community service, to spend 10 days shock time in Bates County Jail.

St v. Timothy L Lestourgeon, probation revoked, previous sentence of 5 years in MDOC is invoked, to be served concurrently with the sentence Defe. Is currently serving. 

St v. Jason D Edge, I: Felony burglary-dismissed; II: Felony stealing, guilty plea, sentenced to 7 years in MDOC, sentence to run concurrent with present sentence currently serving. 

St v. Daniel K Baney, I: statutory sodomy, II: statutory rape, found guilty on both counts, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC on each, sentences to run concurrently with each other and with present sentence.
