A public hearing previously scheduled regarding charges made against former 5th grade Butler elementary teacher, Lynn Bagby of Adrian has been cancelled. Bagby received a, “Statement of Charges” from the Butler Elementary School on Friday March 8th 2013. As of Tuesday April 23rd, the matter has been resolved to the satisfaction of both parties. The final agreement must be approved by the board at a future board meeting. More details as the develop.
