The man that was laying on the rail road tracks just West of Cox's Feed Store on Mill Street here in Butler is off the tracks now. The Butler Police along with Bates County Sheriff did a amazing job with talking to the subject and working to get him the help he needs. No one was injured. He was transported to Bates County Memorial Hospital by patrol car.
