On 10-18-2016 A Bates County Sheriff Deputy responded to a call for service at Leona’s Mini Mart in Amsterdam. In reference to a white female acting hysterical.
Once Deputies made contact with the female subject identified as Kimberly Makris DOB 12-01-1992 of Lees Summit, Missour Deputies located Methamphetamine and marijuana in her vehicle, and on her person.
Kimberly Makris was arrested and transported to the Bates County Jail.
She was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine a class C felony. Possession of marijuana a class A misdemeanor.
