The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis driven by 65 year old Alan J. Boggs of Montrose, Missouri experienced a medical condition causing his vehicle to travel off the roadway and down a embankment striking a fence.
Mr. Boggs sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was treated then transported by Ellett Memorial Hospital ambulance to his residence.
The vehicle received extensive damages and it was towed from the scene by a private tow.
