Bates County Sheriff's Office: Man Flees on Foot From Deputies

Jesse R. Detienne On the 30th day of March, 2014, Deputies responded to a residence at the intersection of U highway and County Road 2557 to attempt to locate Jesse R. Detienne, wanted on an active warrant out of Bates County for Distribution of a Controlled Substance. When Deputies pulled up Detienne fled on foot into a wooded area.  Deputies then set a perimeter and attempted to locate Detienne.  Detienne escaped capture.   If anyone has information on the location of Jesse R.
