Adrian Fire Chief Gary Dizney has temporarily lifted the city wide burn ban until 9 p.m. this evening. This will be an opportunity to burn leaves, limbs and other items that normally may be burned within city limits.
It's quickly drying out again- it is recommended you keep a garden hose handy and do not leave the fire unattended for any length of time.
The Adrian city wide burn ban will go back into effect at 9 p.m. this evening until further notice.
