UPDATE: 1 Vehicle Rollover Accident On Northbound I-49

Around 2:35PM this afternoon the Missouri State Highway Patrol along with Bates County EMS and Adrian Fire Department responded to a 1 vehicle rollover accident on I-49 and Mile Marker 137.2 just North of Passaic. The accident occurred when the 2005 Dodge driven by Joel B. Iles 26 years old of Nacogdoches Texas was traveling Northbound on I-49 traveled off the roadway and overturned coming to rest on its top. A passenger in the vehicle 23 year old Samantha  E. Pitts of Nacogdoches Texas received moderate injuries and was transported by ambulance to Bates County Memorial Hospital. Both occupants in the vehicle was wearing seatbelts. The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Dons Tow Of Butler Missouri.
