St.Clair County Sheriffs Office: Speir arrested on Cooper County misdemeanor warrant

On Friday, April 18, Mackenzie Speir, 25, Appleton City, was arrested at the St. Clair County Courthouse on a Cooper County warrant for misdemeanor passing bad checks-less than $500. Bond isset at $186 cash only and a court date of May 27 was given.
