BCMH Employee of the Month

CYNDI FLORES is recognized as the Bates County Memorial Hospital Employee of the Month
for March 2011. Cyndi has been employed at the hospital since 2008 in the Housekeeping
Department. Cyndi is always friendly, always smiling, and a team player. She performs her
job with these attributes. Cyndi is always considerate of the needs of other departments and
the patients. She has helped other co-workers when they asked for help after finishing her
daily tasks. She displays excellent organizational skills. Her commitment to helping others
shows as one of her co-workers stated, “you can always count on Cyndi.” Cyndi is an asset
to the hospital.
